By the Will of God
The believer’s identity is uniquely and eternally bound to their position in Christ.
We have no authority in ourselves. The authority in our message is derived from the One who gives the message.
The saints are those set apart for the purpose of glorifying God.
Faithfulness is not the exception, it is the expectation for the follower of Christ.
Our being in Christ Jesus declares that we are what we are because of our union with Him.
Grace is the unwarranted, unearned, unmerited favor given voluntarily and freely from God to undeserving man.
Peace is that stability of mind and soul that can only come to the recipients of divine grace.
Grace is the fountain. Peace belongs to the stream of spiritual blessings which come from that fountain.
The unity found within the Godhead is the standard to which our relationships within the church are held.
1:1 Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God,
To the saints who are in Ephesus, and are faithful in Christ Jesus:
2 Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. (ESV)
